Megan is Reiki Master and has spent many years studying energy work. This is a wonderful addition to the hands on, structural work of Myofascial Release Therapy. It is also a wonderful way to prepare the body for Myofascial Release in cases where physical touch is contraindicated.

This technique stimulates the body's meridians with light touch in order to strengthen the body's energy flow in the presence of a stressor like emotional stress, an allergen, or a limiting belief system.
